TECHNOLOGY ADVISOR
Yaw Obeng is a Scientist, Inventor, and consultant with over 30 years of experience technology innovation, R&D and education. He received his PhD in Chemistry.
Yaw routinely collaborates with clients to solve difficult technical problems. He is an Inventor on over 50 US and International patents. He has co-authored over 250 technical papers and reports.

Yaw previously served as a member of the Bell Laboratory Technical Staff at AT&T and Lucent Technologies, supporting the semiconductor business. Currently, Yaw is a Senior Scientist/Research Chemist at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Gaithersburg, Md. He manages external collaborative research programs for micro/nano-electronics technology development including conducting research into new electronic materials for, and packaging of, advanced nano-electronic devices.
Yaw also serves as a subject matter expert and technical leader in international standards and roadmap development (for hardware security, anti-counterfeiting, metrology, and materials characterization). He currently serves on:
