Will brings a unique set of skills to Accel IP Law, PLLC; he has represented national financial institutions in state and federal lawsuits involving complex residential foreclosure, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. As,First chair in multiple trials for the plaintiff, Will took the lead role in the development of litigation strategies for the majority of the cases.

Represented insurance companies in first-party suits involving property owner’s insurance and uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage. Also, represented third-party defendants in auto negligence and wrongful death cases.

Communicated with clients regarding analysis of legal issues, advised as to potential risks and exposure, and counseled clients on plans for matter resolution.

Represented clients at mediation and assisted in formulating settlement approaches.
