  • Managed technology & prototype development for a cutting-edge casino slot gaming developer. Two IP/technology projects valued over $750MM are being co-developed with a global casino operator.

  • Guided post-acquisition brand integration and operations consolidations for publicly traded retail roll- up company. Scope included more than 50 M&A deals valued over $150MM.

  • Vetted, counseled, and approved over 100 presentations from tech entrepreneurs seeking seed, start- up, and growth capital. Helped facilitate funding in excess of $25MM.

  • Advised UK-based layer-2 blockchain protocol that facilitates Ethereum accessibility. Application for eliminating fraud/ticket scalping for live entertainment events was successfully launched.
